Kochkurs StoryTeller: Iranische Küche
Kashk-e Bademjan
Our next cooking evening is dedicated to Iran. One of the most popular everyday dishes from Tehran to Shiraz is Kashk-e Bademjan. It is mainly made of eggplant and a special type of yogurt. Combined with traditional spices and bread, it becomes a flavorful journey through the Middle East.
Sakineh will show us how to prepare it. And when we sit down together afterward, we may not be doing so on a carpet under the clear starry sky of ancient Persia – but we won’t be far off!
When: Tuesday, 20 May 2025, from 5:30 p.m.
Where: Teaching Kitchen B 4.01, Volkshochschule Dresden, Annenstraße 10, 01067 Dresden
Registration.
