Current information from the Ausländerbehörde (institution that deals with documents of all foreigners) as of Monday 28.02.2022, 10:30. For those who do not plan to apply for refugee status! There are no changes in the legislation yet, we are working according to the old system. Everyone already in Dresden must register within 2 weeks / Meldepflicht! Then scan the registration document, a copy of the first page of the passport and the border crossing mark, if any.
