A concert by the children’s group “Dolonki”

The “Like at Home” project is not just an ordinary children’s concert.

You are invited to a literary and musical evening with a unique atmosphere. The string ensemble “Dolonky” will perform eight works by Ukrainian composers. Before each musical piece, you’ll hear a short, stylized essay chosen to complement the music.

These short story-sketches will be the highlight of the evening. Some resemble moments drawn from classic Ukrainian literature, others feel like spoken excerpts from a personal diary. At times they are light, sentimental, or humorous; at other times — deeply heartfelt. Together with the music, they will create a quiet and soulful space where everyone can feel “like at home.”
